Why are men in love with watching scary pictures? Psychologists have many theories for this, but the best reason is that they satisfy us in ways that other action movies do not. There is nothing better than popping a bag of popcorn and dimming the lights to look at a good scary movie.

The suspense caused by a frightening scene about to unfold seems to control us on edge as our minds entertain all possible outcomes. This is what makes a great horror movie so entertaining and is what keeps us renting and purchasing these action movies all of the time.

As you view the victims in a frightening motion picture, it is hard not to imagine what it would be like if you were in experiencing the same thing. You tend to find yourself entertaining the same possibilities and outcomes as the notable characters. This type of association is what draws you into the plot.

The easiest part to contructing scary movie is in establishing the primary location. Very often this plot is centered to unfold in the midst of a secluded lake, remote subject of the woods or in a run-down shack or dilapidated old house.
